3 stars.....just ok SPOILERS AHEAD BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!Now with that being said, I LOVED the first story of this series!!!! This story for me had a GREAT premise BUT the execution of it was flat and boring. I really thought it had the makings of a good sexy, secret romance story BUT it did not!I really loved both characters and again, it could have been a terrific sexy story but the author just didn't step it up in this book for me.What I really didn't like and was so confused about was an incident towards the end when she goes back to fill in on her job and she does a lap dance that he sees....YEAH a freaking lap dance after she already got with Jason, I didn't get it. Now funny because Jason learns that her friend Emily at the club does NOT do lap dances (never did) so for me she could have opted to fill in at the club but NOT do lap dances and then she proceeds to not understand why Jason is mad....UGHHHHHH can you say that she lost a lot of credibility with me.I really had wished that the drama and angst were there accordingly because believe me there could have been some inserted to really have kicked this story up a notch and added some "excitement" but sadly there was not anything that was really noteworthy:( The friend of Jason yeah I could see that coming but it was still a boring addition to revv up drama. Ehhhh, oh how I wished this was better because it definitely had the potential it just didn't play to my satisfaction unfortunately! This story was just a hiccup for me this time around.Oh well, you win some, you lose some but I still plan to read this authors work in the future!

Isabel Morin has done it again. Another fantastic story. She never fails to impress. I read this book from beginning to end in one day. It is longer than the first book in the “Sin City Series” but equally as brilliant. Isabel has created individual characters which you can easily relate to and you find yourself slipping into the characters places, living the scenarios for them. Cheryl Munroe is a student teacher during the week and a stripper at the weekends. Jason Shaw, the teacher she’ll be spending the next semester with is completely off limits, but that doesn’t stop them from being friends. Isabel portrays the life of both Cheryl and Jason, showing their every day/week routines and the relationship between the two as it grows from colleagues to more than that. An enticing plot, great characters and a writing style that flows perfectly. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. A great summer read.

A student trying to become a teacher by day, a stripper by night. Cheryl had had a hard life, but she is determined to become a teacher, so she can help young students, because nobody was there to help her when she needed it. But... she ends up with a sexy teacher as mentor and the attraction between them starts growing and then he discovers she is a stripper and... well, problems. To be fair Jason is a pretty decent guy, and she has issues.I liked the story, it's balanced, both have good and bad points, both make mistakes, both do something about it.

I read this book in one day. But I have to say the last 25% was really boring. Could have been SO much better. Great build up and then nothing really happens. Boring.
