Writing this review is bittersweet. This story, the one of River Ahlers and Bobby and Adam Beckerson has held heart for over 3 years now. With Finding Perfection Cassandra Giovanni gave us the best ending I could have hoped for. One that made my heart happy and made it worth the wait.First to the writing. I've always found Cassie's writing poetic and profound and I find that I have pages of highlights. Something in the plot and characters simply resonates for me. The story line is well paced and the characters genuine. Their relationships are sometimes simple, but more often then not they are complex. Finding Perfection is about redefining what perfection is and allowing that into ones life. This is a story about letting go of what you think you want (or in my case, what I thought I wanted for the characters) and embracing what your heart wants. At the center of the story is River Ahlers. While trying to live a grateful and happy life so much of her identity has been wrapped up in the Beckerson men, Bobby and Adam. She is on a healing path but she's grappling with the loss of her best friends and the grief and heartbreak is overwhelming at times. "We all lost ourselves in that war, and none of us were connected anymore– at least not on the mortal plane."Until she faces down the past and forgives herself for being able to move on, she won't be able to accept that she deserves the happiness she's found. River is not the type of women to hold a grudge and she's learned to let go of things beyond her control, but she's working on it and she has an amazing person in her corner, West. West is a man with limitless love and patience. He gives River exactly what she needs and provides that safe environment that helps to bolster her confidence and eliminate self doubt. West has a way of comforting River and allowing her to be completely open to him. When he doles out advice, it's always on the mark. “Time gives clarity. It lessens the distractions of how we think we should have felt,” he replied as if it was the most simple thing in the world." Without giving much away, I'll just say that when we catch up with Adam, his motivation to make peace is genuine. Although the story didn’t go where I thought it would, I was TOTALLY good with it. Cassie convinced me of the rightness of where the relationships went and the story unfolded at the perfect pace, giving time and distance the ability to soften the sting of remorse and dashed hopes. Some characters further endeared themselves to me and I made my peace with the others.Congratulations to Cassie on the delivery of the perfect conclusion in this all time favorite trilogy. I didn't dare think that I'd be able to start this then put it down and reading it in one fell swoop. My emotions ran the gamut and sleep would have been impossible. Thank you for not giving up and for letting the story speak through you and for sharing with us. 5+++ Stars and my wholehearted recommendation!

Finding Perfection (Beautifully Flawed #3)by Cassandra Giovanni ☆☆☆5 stars☆☆☆My heart melts for this beautiful series, with the perfect ending, sealing the deal. River's past is held together by the memories of her and the Beckerson brothers, the tug of love they've shared, and the tragedies they're still trying to overcome. Adam has been on tour, with Tara along for the ride, River and West have been busy with life in general, yet something is still missing. Out of sheer coincidence or luck, Adam is back in town, and the emotions are about to run wild between them all. West knows a piece of River's heart will always belong to Adam, but wants to make her future belong to him. Tara and River have amends to be made, with truths and lies to be discovered, while Adam has to decide where his heart truly lies. The conclusion to this amazing series is in its namesake. Beautifully flawed. A story of triumph, strength, and unwavering love. It has all the feels, and I loved every second of it, from beginning to end. #TeamWest #TeamBeautifullyFlawed

Finding Perfection is a raw and fiercely determined soul-revealing journey that will split your heart in two as it meds itself into true and utter perfection. Listening to your heart can be the most terrifying and bone-chilling thing that you can ever do in your life. It will revel things to you that you never wanted to be true and can never truly understand, but the beautiful thing about love and life that is that doesn’t have to make sense or be something that is comfortable for it to be true or exactly what you need. However, the choice is always yours to reach out and take hold of it. No one can do it for you, and only you can welcome an imperfect yet perfect love for you into your heart and very soul. What would you risk for true happiness?River is forging a new life with West by her side. She is sure that there is nothing but smooth sailing from here on out. However, life doesn’t allow us to leave behind loose ends for long. When her past come barreling back into her new life, can she face it and learn that love can come to us in many shapes and forms. Neither is any less important, but some can take our hearts by storm make us realize that we simply can’t live without it for one moment or the length of one breath. This series is not one that cannot be read or experienced with a light heart or attitude. It will shred your very soul until you realize that life is so utterly complicated that it doesn’t do us any good to try and figure it out. All we can do is find out who we are and which path we should follow. It also doesn’t hurt to have wonderfully devoted friends in your corner that will push you when you need to keep moving and hold you back so you don’t slip over the edge. This story will challenge you every step of the way, open your mind to the endless possibilities of love, and show you that above all we need to take hold of life and throw fear to the wind.Cassandra Giovanni has an open and wildly passionate view of life itself. She doesn’t put limits on her creativity or her heart. She pushed full speed ahead while cherishing those around her to a fault. She loves her readers with no less love or affection, and this series proves that. Her willingness to break us in every way and then to heal us in the most brokenly perfect of ways. Life is always moving forward, but in doing that we can’t leave our heart behind to languish and die. We need to be open to what lies before us on our path throughout life. Love often and with everything you have because you never know when those opportunities will ever end.

With this series I knew exactly how it should end, nope I am not the author but I knew how River, Adam, and West’s friendships should end up. I knew exactly who belong with each other and how the one left out would fit. I am so glad that I am not the author and that Cassandra Giovanni took these characters and threw their own twists and turns into their lives. Finding Perfection is the absolute perfect ending of the Beautifully Flawed series. With each book I grew to look forward to more and more about the characters. These characters are realistic. They are people I’d like to be friends with. Each characters has their own history and must come to terms with it to be able to find their happy ever after. River has always been in Adam’s life and Adam has always loved River. I had expectations and hopes for these two. The author was able to take their friendship and make it so real, with so many emotions, and realistic expectations that I could picture how they would end up. Then West entered the picture and I didn’t really know what to think. Could he find his happy ending? How did he fit into this world? He fit exactly how he was suppose to. He made this story complete and beautiful. I didn’t plan it, I didn’t even really have the time, but I read this in one day. Every time I tried to walk away from the book I went back, planning on reading just one more chapter until oops… I read the entire thing. The Beautifully Flawed series should be read in order. The good news is all 3 are available right now so you can read them without that excruciating wait between books. I recommend picking up book one and getting to know these wonderful characters.

DO NOT READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE PREVIOUS BOOKS. Books MUST be read in order. Oh my gosh. This book was true perfection. I read this in one sitting. Once I downloaded my copy, I started it and didn’t put the book down until I finished it a few hours later. I felt like I was on the edge of my seat because I soooo kept hoping things wouldn’t change for River. Whether things did or didn’t, I guess you will have to find out for yourself, but holy hell, I felt like I held my breath the entire time! I LOVED how the author worked everything out, though. All the pieces fell into place and I am one happy reader! I love Adam. I love Bobby (and man, I feel like I mourned him too). I love West. But... #TeamWest all the way since the beginning. That man can make anyone swoon, I swear. His patience, his unconditional love....OMG. That said, I loved how Adam redeemed himself in this book. He sure as hell pissed me off in book two, but in this one? I loved him all over again. Such a fantastic book, you guys! A must read and a TOP 2017 FAVE!!

This is a story of lost love, new love, forgiveness, and finding who they are again. Some people think that once a heart is broken it will never be able to be put back together the same way. It's not meant to be put back the same, it is meant to grow and be flawed, this is how we live, learn, and love. River, West, Adam, and Tara learn this the hard way throughout this series. They learned to move forward and to accept the past, not the easy way either. I love how Cassandra brings out emotion and true feelings with these characters, true to life.

This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews Thank you to Cassandra for my copy of this book. I've read the other books in this series and even though they have been quite spread out I have really enjoyed them. If you haven't read the other books in this series then please don't read this review but feel free to click above to my review of the first book in this series, Flawed Perfection. This series has followed River and the Beckerson boys, Adam and Bobby.  After losing Bobby they are all grieving in their own way. There are some real emotional scenes in this book which had me holding back the tears. There was some interesting revelations in this book which I hadn't picked up in earlier books but now it seems obvious.Cassandra is an excellent writer. She captures not only your attention but your heart too.  This book is the perfect ending to the series. I really look forward to seeing what else Cassandra is going to bring for us now.

Cassandra knows how to tell a story! This was a beautifully written book that had me in awe from the beginning. There were so many feels in this one; feeling of sadness, love, anger. I have loved getting to know the characters in this series but fell in love with West! Talk about the perfect boyfriend…and did I mention HOT! He was so understanding and supportive for River; considering everything that had happened with her best friend Bobby and her ex Adam. River didn’t want to get too close to anyone after losing two of her best friends and her ex-boyfriend. The ending turned out differently than I expected, but I was very happy with the ending.I never heard of Cassandra until I started this series and have fell in love with her writing style. Finding Perfection is the third book in the Beautifully Flawed Series. I recommend reading books one and two before reading this one.
