Hmmmm ..... I don't think that any one bothered to edit the book before publishing this story that had potential but left me flat and wondering how the author could have managed to dedicate so many pages to essentially nothing. definitely wishing I hadn't wasted my time or money.
As a paranormal investigator of 37 years, I have to say I found this book to be anything but believable. This strikes me as more of a fiction book than anything else. The writing is kind of adolescent and not very clean as far as grammar etc. The author did not do their homework with simple non-paranormal things, that stood out time and time again. The story seems very contrived and embellished, more like a fiction book. The authors do not seem to have much of a history as serious researchers, and rely mostly on the impressions of the two supposed psychic mediums in the family. It is a good read, that keeps your interest but from a researcher's standpoint it has little to offer.
Please get an editor!!Good story, very confusingly told by someone who puts so much unnecessary garbage into the narrative. Some conversations with his wife were completely unrealistic and not how people talk to each other, and were actually embarrassing to read!Reciting prayers and mumbo jumbo about aliens,it jumped around and never flowed.Comes across as sanctimonious and with a rather large chip on his shoulder regarding fellow paranormal enthusiasts like him.He is a long way from an expert but has the inflated ego of one.
Loved it!I really enjoyed this book. I was not able to put it down. Very well written with facts, and it makes you think.
