    A Treasure Chest of Australian Iconic Foods and Traditional Recipes.I love this book, it takes me back to my childhood with many recipes of foods I grew up with and many I had long forgotten.The book is packed with information and stories about the origins of recipes within, as well as the recipes and cooking methods themselves.It covers all sorts of interesting things from iconic Australian foods, such as Vegemite and Lamingtons to bush tucker foods!A wonderful book for researching Australian recipes, and a great nostalgic journey! This is a book to sit and browse through at leisure.I would highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in food and cooking.

    Beautifully illustrated with interesting stories throughout the book. The pictures in this cookbook are wonderful and so are the recipes. I've made several and this book is a great addition to any cookbook collection.
